Cosmetic related orders are processed between 1-3 business days.

Please allow 1-4 weeks for custom cup orders to be done.

❤ Please make sure you type your FULL address correctly. We would hate for your package to be sent back or to the wrong address due to insufficient and incorrect information during checkout.

❤ HMB Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages. Each order will receive a tracking number once it is shipped out.

❤ ALL SALES are FINAL! No exceptions. HMB Cosmetics is dedicated to ensuring our customers' safety. Due to the nature of our products returns or exchanges are NOT offered.

If you receive a defective/damaged order or the wrong item, contact us immediately within 72 hour after order delivery. Please make sure to send in your order information, and a picture of the item you received. HMB Cosmetics will review the information within a timely manner and assist you in resolving this issue. If product is deemed defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
